Order from the form
Please fill in the required information and place an order from the Order form.If the delivery address is different from the orderer, please be sure to fill in the ｢delivery address information｣ as well.
For overseas shipments, Japanese domestic consumption tax is exempt.We will inform you of the tax exemption price in the payment guidance email -
Confirmation of order
An 「order confirmation email｣ will be sent to the email address you entered.After that, we will send you a "payment information email" regarding payment, so please wait.
※If you place an order from overseas, you can only pay by credit card.
※Sagawa Express e-collect cannot be used for overseas shipments.
※Shipping to overseas will be charged separately.Delivery will be done by Japan Post EMS . We will inform you about the shipping fee and duty-free price by e-mail.

Payment
We will send you a 「payment information email」 to guide you through the payment procedure.Please check the payment method below for details.For payments other than 「Sagawa Express e-collect」, the product will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
※Shipping to overseas will be charged separately.Delivery will be done by Japan Post EMS We will inform you about the shipping fee by email for payment information.
Payment by credit card
We will send you the URL of "Paygent". Please click the URL to complete the procedure.
Payment at convenience stores
We will send a 「payment URL」 to the registered email address.Please click the URL and follow the steps below to pay.
1.Select a convenience store to pay from 「URL for payment」
2.Make a note of the displayed "payment number"
3.At the designated convenience store cashier, tell the "payment number" and pay.
※Please see 「 Payment method 」 below for the procedure at each convenience store.
Payment by Bank transfer / Postal transfer
We will contact you with the 「account information of the transfer destination」, so please transfer.
Sagawa Express e-collect
If you select Sagawa Express e-collect, you will not receive a payment information email and will proceed with the shipping procedure immediately.

Delivery
In the case of 「Sagawa Express e-collect」, it will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after ordering. In the case of "credit card" or "convenience store payment", the product will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
If you have paid by bank transfer or postal transfer, it will take some time to confirm, so if you are in a hurry, please send a copy of the transfer by fax.

Convenience store payment (prepayment).
You can use convenience store payment (prepayment) with the Internet payment system of Paygent Co., Ltd.No fee if the purchase amount is 4,000 yen or more (tax included). If it is less than 4,000 yen (tax included), please bear a separate fee of 242 yen (tax included).Please see Paygent explanation page for payment methods at convenience stores.You can use the following convenience stores for payment.

Bank transfer / postal transfer (prepayment)
Domestic orders only
After ordering, we will contact you by "payment information mail" with "account information of transfer destination".Please check the contents of the email before making the payment.
※Bank transfer fee / postal transfer fee will be borne by the customer regardless of the purchase amount.

Sagawa Express e-collect
Domestic order + domestic delivery only
In addition to cash on delivery at the time of delivery, credit cards, some debit cards and electronic money can be used.No fee if the purchase amount is 4,000 yen or more (tax included). 4,000円（税込）If it is less than 4,000 yen (tax included), please pay a separate fee of 330 yen (tax included).
For orders from overseas, only credit cards using Paygent's payment system are accepted.
Postage and Delivery days

Free shipping for purchases over 4,000 yen (tax included).If the purchase amount is less than 4,000 yen, please pay 500 yen (tax included) separately as a nationwide uniform shipping fee.
If the delivery address is overseas, the shipping fee will be charged regardless of the purchase price.In principle, we will send it by Japan Post EMS .Please see the Japan Post website for shipping charges by weight.
※Customers are responsible for import customs clearance and incidental costs.If import customs clearance is not possible, the product may be confiscated or discarded, or it may be returned to us, but we cannot refund it.If it is returned to us, we will contact you separately regarding the disposal method.

Delivery
We will ship by Sagawa Express.For Okinawa prefecture and remote islands, we will ship by Japan Post.
If the delivery address is overseas, in principle We will send it by EMS of Japan Post . Please see the Japan Post website for shipping charges by weight. -
Delivery days
We will ship within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.Orders placed before and after the summer / year-end and New Year holidays will be shipped after the holidays.

Date and time designation
Except for Okinawa prefecture and remote islands, you can specify the delivery time.Please specify when ordering.(Please note that we may not be able to meet your request or we may not be able to deliver on time.）
If the delivery address is overseas, you cannot specify the date and time.
Change order details/Cancel
You can cancel your order before you complete the payment.
If you wish to change it, please cancel it once and place an order again.
Cancellation procedure
Please "reply" to the 「order confirmation email」 with the following contents.
- Enter 「Cancel」 in the subject line
- Do not delete order details
After receiving an email with "Cancel" in the subject line, we will send you a 「Cancellation Acceptance Email」.If you do not receive the "Cancellation Acceptance Email", you have not been able to cancel, so please be sure to check.
※Please be sure to compose an email with 「Reply」. If you do not know the order details, you cannot cancel.
※If "Cancel" is not entered in the subject line, the cancellation process cannot be performed. be careful.
※If the payment has already been made, it cannot be canceled or changed.please note that.
Return/Exchange
If the delivery is in Japan
Within 10 days after the item arrives, we will accept returns and exchanges only for unopened and unused items.Please note that we will not be able to respond after that.

Return Shipping / Fee
In the following cases, we will bear the return shipping fee. Other than that, it will be borne by the customer.

When delivery is overseas
It cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if the item you ordered is different from the item you actually received, or if it is defective, please take a picture (to investigate the possibility of a delivery accident) and contact us within 10 days after the item arrives.
